Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your booking. Once payments are made, there are no refunds available. Please consider your purchase carefully before making a payment. Once appointment is booked please contact Baaya Naturopathy to make any changes to the appointment date or time.

Appointment Terms

All cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% consultation fee. All cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 100% consultation fee without the option to reschedule. All no show/failure to attend appointment incur 100% cancellation fee.
